The salon is sharing space with a equipped kitchen to prepare your best dishes ( Feria’s Market is just 350 mt away). The wall is completely covered by big windows.
In a corner, I’ve place my dreamy bathtub to enjoy long baths.
The bathroom has a shower, big mirror with good light and all you need for your personal care.
There is a big double bed in the bedroom and space to store your luggage. 2 more person can sleep at the 2 beds in the salon.
The wooden floor makes my home warm and comfortable, and the central air conditioning allows you to set the same temperature in every room.
I provide high quality linen and towels.
San Luis is one of the main streets, connecting with Resolana where buses stop. You can reach the apartment with car.
Inside the building, there are patios to enjoy at the end of the day and completely safe for children to play.

Cathedral, Alcazar and Santa Cruz (Jewish Neighborhood) compulsory to visit!. You’ll find as well in the area many interesting buildings like Archivo de Indias ( where the America’s First Travel files are kept )
Mª Luisa’s Park area, nice for a walk and important to visit in the inside Plaza de España. This area was original built for the Exposition in 1929, it worth to have a look to the buildings and the museums ( Science and Traditions)
Triana, the most famous and distinctive neighborhood beyond the river, where lot of important artists were born… Is plenty of traditional places to enjoy the lifestyle and gastronomy. The sunset on Triana’s bridge is to love it!
Sierpes, Tetuan, Plaza del Duque and surroundings: shopping area congregating the most international brands and the traditional and peculiar shops.
Salvador and Alfalfa square. Those are the places for locals to have a typical beer before have lunch or dinner. Join our traditions!
Encarnación and Metropol Parasol (Mushrooms): is surprising to see this modern building between such sort of historic and old buildings. Don’t miss the lookout on top.
Alameda de Hércules, could be the less Sevillian area in the Centre. That`s a positive thing! Here you’ll find lot of restaurant mixing different cultures, traditional, nouvelle cuisine… And the ambience is really distended.
Feria street is plenty of antique shops and they celebrate a traditional market every Thursday.
A walk by the riverside, the different and traditional churches, the bullfighting, San Jorge’s castle, our markets, Macarena Area, football courts, Cartuja and 1992 Exposition… Many more places to visit… You must come back!!!

This is a residential neighborhood in the middle of the center. Every place is close and you can go by foot but also, the local buses stop very close in Resolana.
Walk is the best way. You can as well rent the company we work with for renting nice bikes to move around in the city.
